Karlyn is a dedicated mom and Realtor, living in the Orchard in Burlington with her husband and their two energetic boys. For the past decade, the Orchard has been her home, a place where nature, family, and community intertwine.
As a mom, I understand the challenges of raising kids in today's world, especially while trying to balance work, family, and everything in between. But there's something about living here that makes those challenges a little easier to navigate. They say "it takes a village" to raise a family; and that's exactly what the Orchard is.
I'm passionate about giving back to this wonderful community that has given so much to us. Whether it's helping neighbors with a DIY project, organizing events, or simply offering a listening ear, I love finding ways to contribute and promote the values that make this place so incredible.
